In order to connect your SalesForce account, you will need to first register an app. (Make sure you are using the Classic interface/mode.)

Register App
Login to Salesforce.com and click Setup on top right. Navigate to Build > Create > Apps.
Under Connected Apps, click New
Enter New Connected App Information
- Enter the basic details ie; App name, API name, Contact email etc.
- Select Enable OAuth Settings under API (Enable OAuth Settings).
- Enter the callback URL. Replace the domain.com to your domain and make sure the actual wp-admin path is called from your site where Opt-in Samurai plugin is installed.
Example: http://www.domain.com/wp-admin/ - Add Full access (full) in selected OAuth scopes

Get your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
- Once your new app is registered, it will show you the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
- Copy this information in Opt-in Samurai plugin under the activation form for SalesForce service

Reset Security Token
The next step is to reset your security token. Follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to your profile name on top right
- In the drop down, click My Settings
- The settings page will be loaded. Click on Reset My Security Token from the left panel
- You will receive an email with the security token on your SalesForce registered email
- Copy the security token to Opt-in Samurai plugin under the activation form of SalesForce service

Activate the service
Finally copy all your information as described above. Two additional items you have to enter is your SalesForce email or username and the actual password.
Once you enter all the information, click Save Changes button and the service will become active
